FLUOSP Spectro Fluorescence Spectrophotometer
Using invisble inks to protect your products against counterfeiting is a simple and effective way as you can create your own color combinations, your own screen rulings and screen types and your own layout. No scanner in the world will be able to copy what you design. The smaller the print tolerances you can produce, the more secure the proper element will be.
The FLUOSP Spectro developed and manufactured by Peret GmbH, is a diffraction grating-based fluorescence spectrophotometer designed to control invisible fluorescent inks for anti-counterfeiting purposes. It provides high-resolution spectral control of these inks, enabling applications such as banknote printing, security labels, and identification documents.
The FLUOSP Spectro enables easy design and stable, secure production of anti-counterfeiting elements due to high spectral resolution and automatic acquisition of a wide range of parameters.

FLUOSP Connect Software
The FLUOSP Connect Software provides complete control over your FLUOSP Spectro, allowing you to customize the device to match your workflow. Unnecessary functions can be disabled, Pass/Fail tolerances can be defined, and an extensive color reference database can be managed with ease.
The software supports a virtually unlimited number of color references, making it simple to transfer reference colors from the FLUOSP Spectro to a computer for secure storage and to upload them back to the instrument whenever they are needed for future production jobs. This ensures consistent color control and reliable quality assurance across repeated print runs.
In addition to device management, FLUOSP Connect Software offers powerful analysis tools for in-depth evaluation of fluorescence measurements.

Measurements are traced by Mark- and Device ID.
Every individual measurement stored in the device memory is automatically assigned a unique Mark-ID. The Mark-ID, together with the Device-ID is displayed on the device screen.
After storing the measurement, you simply write the ID code next to the measurement position on the printed sheet. Once uploaded to the PC, the uploaded measurement can be traced back to the printing sheet.

The FLUOSP is equipped with a pilot LED and a viewfinder. The LED illuminates the measurement area with UV light, causing it to glow.This allows the operator to clearly see what is being measured.

The FLUOSP features a high-contrast graphical display that remains permanently active without consuming any current at all.
Measurement data is shown immediately and stays visible on the screen without disappearing.

Wet Ink Sample Holder for FLUOSP – Precision Fluorescence Testing of Printing Inks



The sample holder, specially developed for testing wet ink samples together with its matching base plate, is the ideal accessory for evaluating the fluorescence properties of printing inks using the FLUOSP.
Thanks to the holder's precision-engineered design and a carefully weighed amount of printing ink, a film of defined and reproducible thickness can be created. The holder is then placed into the base plate, allowing the wet ink sample to be measured directly with the FLUOSP.
The controlled film thickness ensures highly reproducible measurement conditions, enabling reliable comparison of fluorescence measurements between different printing inks.
FLUOSP Verification on FLUOSPTARGET

We have developed the FLUOSPTARGET, which is a special calibration plate with a long term stable fluorescent patch insert. You perform a device verification on a regular monthly basis in house.
